Zazen meditation is the cornerstone of Zen practice. We “sit” together in community to support each other and realize our intrinsic connection. Our weekly sessions are open and welcoming for newcomers to Zen and meditation practice as well as experienced practitioners. The sessions include seated meditation, walking meditation, chanting and discussions on basic Buddhist teachings. Sessions are drop in and offered on a donation basis.Find out more »
