Meditation at Freedom Library (Fridays)
The Freedom Library is engaged in creating sustainable and inclusive community on the eastside of St. Paul. Our weekly meditation group is an integral part of that effort. This weekly gathering is open to people new to mindfulness practices as well as experienced practitioners. Each week we spend time in silent seated meditation, walking meditation, guided meditations and discussion on various topics related to mindfulness and freedom. This is a drop in session and donations are accepted.
